AB CAF is Hiring 🔔 Project Manager - CAF IMPACT Programme Requirements (profile): •Master’s degree preferred in Project Management, Organizational Development, Capacity Building, Sports Administration, Development Studies, or a related field. •Minimum 5 years of experience in development, project management, or capacity-building project management, preferably within sport, international development, or public sector reform. •Experience designing and delivering training programmes or institutional assessments in Africa. •Demonstrated experience managing cross-cultural stakeholders and partnerships. •Expertise in institutional capacity assessment and programme design •Excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills. •Good project planning, budgeting, and reporting ability. •Fluency in English is a must, fluency in French, Arabic and/or Portuguese is a strong asset. •Ability to travel across the African continent Apply 👇 https://www.cafonline.com/inside-caf/about-us/careers/project-manager-caf-impact-programme/
