The ideal candidate is of ๐ฎ๐ข๐ฏ๐ข๐จ๐ฆ๐ณ๐ช๐ข๐ญ ๐ญ๐ฆ๐ท๐ฆ๐ญ. RESPONSIBILITIES โ Process & Policy Management: Develop, implement, and update operational policies and processes to ensure compliance and efficiency. โ Deliverables Management: Track and manage task timelines and deliverables, ensuring quality execution of tasks across functional units. โ Administration: Oversee efficient office administration and operations. โ Resource Management: Manage company resources and ensure optimal allocation, storage, utilization, accountability and preservation. โ Budgeting: Assist in the creation of budgets and the tracking & approval of operational expenses. โ Tech Support: Liaise with vendors to ensure technical support for work tools and apps. โ Internal Audit: Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. โ Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and contractors, maintain an up-to-date database, and ensure effective service delivery. โ Investment Operations Support: Provide documentation and admin support for investment-related operations.
