Egypt’s Dreevo Raises Pre-Seed Fund


An Egypt-based and delivery focused startup, dreevo, has secured a six-figure pre-seed fund from EF Logistics, a third party logistic services provider.

The funding has enabled the innovative technology and logistics service provider, dreevo to provide affordable technological solutions for eCommerce entrepreneurs. 

CEO of dreevo, Sameh Shaheen explains that the startup aims to empower local entrepreneurs and SMEs by providing an easy-to-use delivery service.

Technological delivery solutions

Founded in May 2020, dreevo aims to simplify the eCommerce business cycle for both merchants and customers through a wide range of ”last-mile” delivery solutions and services. dreevo provides custom-tailored packages to its clients to suit a range of alternative business models. 

Some of these services include door-to-door delivery, warehousing and fulfillment, pick-up stations, and choose and return services. All of these services provided can be customised to the client’s needs and the SMEs or entrepreneur’s business model. 

Optimising on merging technological solutions with a simplified delivery service, dreevo also provides its clients with insightful data, customer experience optimisation along with delivery monitoring and tracking. 

The Egypt-based startup currently operates in 22 cities across the country and plans to introduce a range of new services in the local market. In addition, dreevo plans to expand its offering into the Middle East and North Africa region in the future.
