We’re looking for a detail-oriented Travel Operations Specialist to join our international team. This full-time, remote role (based in Europe) is perfect for someone passionate about luxury travel, highly organized, and eager to deliver seamless experiences for discerning U.S.-based travelers. What you’ll do: ✔ Coordinate trip logistics: hotels, airfare, land arrangements, and more ✔ Manage budgets & payments to providers ✔ Ensure smooth collaboration with local providers and teams ✔ Deliver 24/7 on-call support to VIP travelers during their journeys ✔ Assist senior operations experts & contribute to product development ✔ Travel to our destinations for fact-finding assignments ✔ Maintain and update our CRM database We’re seeking someone with: ✅ Fluent English & Spanish (spoken + written) ✅ Ideally: 2+ years’ experience in tourism ✅ Strong communication skills and attention to detail ✅ A proactive, organized, and dynamic approach ✅ Currently living in Europe ✨ (Bonus: Degree in Tourism/Hospitality, other languages, or CRM knowledge) 📧 Interested?
