Role: Digital Marketing Manager Location: Fully Remote (Nigeria) Compensation: ₦500,000 net Reports To: Director We are seeking a versatile and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to drive the online presence and growth of a mission-driven NGO with an international base. The role requires a performance-oriented marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize digital strategies across multiple channels to build awareness, strengthen engagement, and deliver measurable impact. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement multi-channel digital strategies across Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube. - Manage and optimise email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or equivalent). - Oversee SEO, website updates, and blog content to strengthen online visibility. - Create compelling social media and marketing content in collaboration with the creative team. - Run targeted paid advertising campaigns and measure performance against clear KPIs. - Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights in team meetings. - Ensure consistent brand voice and audience-specific messaging across all platforms. Requirements - 4–6 years of proven digital marketing experience, ideally within NGOs, education, or impact-driven organisations. - Demonstrated success in executing campaigns that delivered measurable growth and engagement. - Strong expertise in SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media strategy. - Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) and analytics platforms. - Excellent written and visual communication skills with an eye for detail. - Basic video editing skills. - Self-starter able to manage projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
